ELLICOTT CITY, MD – Howard County Executive Calvin Ball and the Howard County Economic Development Authority (HCEDA) will celebrate Howard County’s 2019 Business Appreciation Week from April 22-26. Ball and his team of more than 70 ambassadors plan to visit over 150 businesses during the week. These visits are intended to thank business owners and, most importantly, listen to their perspectives on how to strengthen the business climate in Howard County. “I am looking forward to this chance to hear directly from the business community,” said Ball. “I plan to make the most of my first Business Appreciation Week by strengthening our local economy for working people and small businesses.”
