ELLICOTT CITY, MD – A Howard County construction project to replace approximately 60 feet of exposed sanitary sewer cement pipe with PVC piping in the Red Hill Branch stream located behind 4641 Dapple Court and adjacent to the rear of the Meadowbrook Park in Ellicott City, is underway. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by late June.

Signs have been posted at the intersection of Dapple Court and Dower Drive and along the park trail at Meadowbrook Park to alert residents and park visitors of the project and to ask all to avoid the project area to ensure everyone’s safety.

This project is being done in conjunction with the Department of Public Works’ (DPW) ongoing Little Patuxent Stream Stabilization Project
