Disability Services

The Office of Disability Services oversees The Loan Closet of Howard County.  The office serves individuals from youth to end of life.  We promote a person-centered approach to ensure all persons with disabilities have access to the resources they need though out their lifespan.  We work closely with the other DCRS offices & our partners to ensure there is no wrong door to receive the resources you need.  A few of our partners include:

  • Maryland Department on Aging re-use center
  • Equipment Connections for Children
  • Maryland Assistive Technology Center
  • Rebuilding Together of Howard County
