The ride schedule is organized pre-season using Signup Genius. Ride Leaders are asked to sign up for ride slots to “hold” their ride. If availability changes after signing up for a ride, Ride Leaders are asked to remove their name from the Signup Genius and contact other Ride Leaders to coordinate coverage.

C2H uses a Ride with GPS Club Account to create rides.  Ride Leaders are granted Route Manager access.  To design or edit a ride, click here.  For assistance using Ride with GPS, contact Mike O’Rourke at m_orourke@verizon.net

Submit Your Ride Details

Ride descriptions are completed and submitted by the Ride Leader using Survey Monkey. To submit your ride details, click here.  To ensure adequate time to promote upcoming rides, Ride Leaders are asked to submit ride details for their ride as soon as details are available.

Submit Your Ride Safety Check

Content

Ride leaders must complete a ride safety check within 2 weeks of a scheduled ride.  The check entails riding the planned route to ensure there are no obstacles that would effect the safety of the ride.

Safety checks should be emailed to Rachel Filar at rfilar@howardcountymd.gov.

How to Access the Roster

C2H registration is ongoing for the duration of the season. To ensure Ride Leaders have the most up-to-date roster, they will be sent the roster the week of the ride. The most current roster is also available by contacting rfilar@howardcountymd.gov.

Submit Your Ride Report

Content

Ride leaders submit a ride report within 24 hours of a scheduled ride, including a list of participants and brief review of the ride including highlights or incidents.  Ride reports should be emailed to Rachel Filar at rfilar@howardcountymd.gov.

If an incident occurs during a ride, ride leaders must email Rachel Filar at rfilar@howardcountymd.gov or drop off the incident report form the day of the ride.  OAI will report incidents to county risk management as soon as they are received.
