Find out more about development projects in your neighborhood or countywide through the Search Development Plans tool. With this tool, you can access information about sign codes, learn more about public hearings/community meetings, and track development plans and petitions for alternative compliance as they proceed through the planning review process.
Department of Planning & Zoning projects are posted with sign codes that contain three alphanumeric characters (example: Z88). To search for a sign code, visit the Search Development Plans page, select "+Sign Code," enter the code in the field provided, and press “Find.”
