About Living Well

Living Well offers FREE evidenced-based community workshops in small group settings to help adults become stronger and better educated in managing ongoing health conditions. Workshops include Chronic Disease, Diabetes, and Chronic Pain Self-Management. Select workshops are offered in-person, virtually and delivered in English, Korean and Spanish.

What are the benefits of participating in a Living Well workshop?

Are Living Well workshops suitable for caregivers?

Yes, workshops are designed for individuals living with one or more chronic conditions and/or their caregivers.  Weekly topics include techniques to manage fatigue, frustration, healthy eating, appropriate exercise, communication skills, stress management, and goal setting.

Are Living Well workshops free?

Yes, living workshops are free to attend.
