Workforce Area Plan & MOU/RSA
The Howard County Workforce Development Board has updated its Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Local Plan for PY20-PY24, pursuant to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act signed into law by President Obama on July 22, 2014. The updated plan is now available for public comment from April 28, 2023, to May 13, 2023. Proposed changes are highlighted in yellow.
