A Temporary Food Service Facility is one that operates at a fixed location for no more than 14 consecutive days, and serves food in conjunction with a fair, carnival, public exhibition, construction project, recreational facility, fundraising event, or similar gathering for a public event.

You will need to submit an Application for a Temporary Food Service License along with your payment of $72 (Payable to Director of Finance if paying by check/money order) two weeks prior to the event by:
