Every life has value. Every death should be remembered.
Communities across the country recognize the Winter Solstice — the first day of winter, the longest night of the year — to remember those who have died while homeless, or those who had a history of homelessness. The Howard County Coalition to End Homelessness will host a gathering to honor those lives lost in 2023 on Thursday, December 21 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Oakland Mills Interfaith Center in Columbia.
Limited in-person seating is available; masks are encouraged and recommended. To attend, please register now. For those who cannot attend in person, this event will also be live streamed at https://venue.streamspot.com/38e77b2d.
