SeniorsTogether: Peer Support Group
Join the SeniorsTogether program, where older adults connect, share experiences, and build meaningful social networks. Led by peer facilitators, these safe, confidential discussion groups offer a positive outlook on aging and provide resources, encouragement, and stimulating conversations. Additional activities include luncheons, speaker events, and workshops, all designed with sensitivity to sensory and mobility needs.
