Dive into wellness with interactive demonstrations in our pool, gym and dance studio. Learn how staying active enhances both the body and mind. Receive a complimentary one-day pool pass, healthy snack and giveaway. Preregistration is not required, but is recommended for event updates.
January 8, 11am-2pm at Roger Carter Community Center. Free.
Demonstrations include Zumba, yoga, volleyball, fitness training, rock climbing, archery, and dance. Engage with staff representing the following: personal trainers, Active Aging, Therapeutic Recreation, Senior Naturalists, and Trips & Tours.
Complimentary chair massages from a Licensed Massage Therapist. Attendees also have the opportunity to book appointments for a free spinal assessment, consultation, X-rays, report of findings, personalized treatment plan, and insurance verification—all for free!
