ELLICOTT CITY, MD – Howard County Executive Calvin Ball is seeking applicants from District 1 interested in serving on the Howard County Board of Education. This opening follows the Howard County Public School System’s announcement that Christina Delmont-Small has decided to step down from her position as a Board of Education member effective immediately.
