ELLICOTT CITY, MD – The Howard County Department of Public Works (DPW) will hold a community outreach meeting on Wednesday, September 25th at 5:00 p.m., in the cafeteria at the Elkridge Landing Middle School, to discuss plans to install a new sidewalk along Roosevelt Boulevard (Capital Projects K-5036) and improve the MD 103/US 1 intersection (Capital Project J-4212) in Elkridge.

As your Howard County Executive, we have made record investments in transportation safety projects and Complete Streets in every corner of Howard County, including our Elkridge community. My Fiscal Year 2025 Capital Budget included $14.7 million in County funding for sidewalks, bike lanes, pathways and other Complete Streets infrastructure that makes projects like this possible. I encourage residents to attend this meeting to learn more about upcoming projects to enhance our transportation network for all.
