ELLICOTT CITY – Today, Howard County Executive Calvin Ball released a public survey to solicit feedback on the Howard County Government website (www.howardcountymd.gov) with the goal of building a more effective, efficient and user-friendly platform. The short survey can be found here.
“Howard County residents deserve a user-friendly website that is more secure and makes it easy to find important information, access government services, and promote transparency,” said Ball. “This survey is all about listening to your ideas and concerns, so we can provide you with better service. I encourage everyone to take 2 minutes to complete our survey and help us build a website suited to your needs.”
The 6-question survey will provide the County with useful information about how residents are currently using the site and how the experience might be improved. It covers topics including how frequently users visit the site, which devices they use to access the site, their ideas for new features, and more.
