Howard County Executive Calvin Ball will deliver his 2024 State of the County address on Tuesday, October 1st at 6pm at The Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center at Howard Community College.

Event Location
The speech will be delivered in The Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center. Attendees are encouraged to park and navigate to the West Garage located at 5020 Campus Drive, Columbia, MD 21044. The Horowitz Center is a short walk from the West Garage.
