UPDATE(10:20 a.m.): Jakub Mistal has been located in a neighboring jurisdiction.
ORIGINAL RELEASE: Howard County police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing teen who was last seen in Laurel.
Jakub Mistal, 15, walked away from a business in the 9300 block of Washington Boulevard in Laurel around 2:20 p.m. May 24. He is unfamiliar with the area and has no phone or money with him. Family members are concerned for his wellbeing because he is in need of time-sensitive medication that he does not have with him.
Police have been searching the area but have not been able to locate him.
Mistal is descried as a white male, five feet four inches tall and approximately 125 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. No clothing description is available.
Anyone who sees Mistal should call 911.
