Howard County police are investigating a fatal single-vehicle collision involving a motorcycle in Jessup.
At approximately 5:45 p.m., a 2023 Kawasaki Motorcycle was traveling eastbound on Route 175 between Route 1 and Pocomoke Avenue when, for an unknown reason, the rider lost control and struck a curb and pole.
The rider, Devinn Dwight Gleaton, 23, of Odenton, was pronounced dead at the scene.
No others vehicles were involved. The investigation is ongoing.
Route 175 eastbound was closed for approximately three hours.
