UPDATE (March 16): Howard County police have identified the man found dead in Wilde Lake on Sunday as Dameon Jon Robinson, 48, of Little Patuxent Parkway in Columbia. Preliminarily, there are no signs of foul play. Autopsy results are pending; the investigation is ongoing.
Howard County police recovered the body of an adult male from Wilde Lake in Columbia on Sunday evening.
Police received a 911 call at 6:11 p.m. from a person who observed the body in the lake. Officers recovered the body and pronounced him dead at the scene.
Preliminarily, there are no signs of foul play. Police are still in the process of identifying the man. The investigation into the circumstances of his death is ongoing.
