Recreation & Parks Advisory Board Solicits Public Comment on the Shipley Park Feasibility Study
Howard County’s Department of Recreation & Parks Advisory Board is holding a public hearing during their monthly Park Advisory Board on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. to seek input from residents and community organizations on the future development of recreational facilities in Shipley Park (12195 Old Frederick Road, Marriottsville, MD 21104).
The hearing will take place in the Marriott’s Ridge High School's cafeteria (12100 Woodford Drive, Marriottsville, MD 21104).
Beginning October 5, 2022, you may sign up online to speak at the hearing at https://apps.howardcountymd.gov/E_RAPTestimony/. Those who do not wish to sign up online, can sign up in person at the public hearing beginning at 6:00 PM.
From the same link, you may provide online testimony. Please note that online testimony is considered public information and is subject to the Maryland Public Information Act. Online testimony will remain open through October 26, 2022.
