ELLICOTT CITY, MD – Howard County Department of Public Works’ (DPW) Stormwater Management Division will hold its second community outreach meeting on Wednesday, February 26th at 6:00 p.m., in the Hockley Room at the Howard County Library System Elkridge branch, to discuss a project to repair the Willowood Pond stormwater management facility located behind 6347-6333 Arbor Way in Elkridge.
The proposed project will include the replacement of the existing principal spillway and riser with a new concrete principal spillway pipe and riser structure, as well as grading around the pond. The informal meeting will include an overview of the design, followed by a question-and-answer session. County staff and the project’s design consultant will be on hand to answer any questions and gather public comments.
