In April 2024 - Howard County Executive Calvin Ball Launched Transformative Homeownership Programs, Opportunities for Wealth-Building Now (OWN) and also unveiled updates to the County’s SDLP and RLF regulations, and announces $4 million commitment towards homeownership in his proposed Fiscal Year 2025 budget.
