The Howard County Department of Public Works’ (DPW) Bureau of Highways’ Traffic Engineering Division will hold a second community outreach meeting on Wednesday, April 23rd from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. in the Media Room at Elkridge Elementary School, to present its final traffic calming plans for Furnace Avenue and Hanover Road.
